Guests will learn the basics of pairing wine with food while they enjoy American regional cuisine prepared by San Angelo's best chefs. Each chef will represent a different region of our country and prepare a traditional dish typical to that area while putting their own special twist on it. Each course will be paired with a complimentary wine specifically chosen to bring out the best in the food. All this while moving to the sounds of live music. (There is no longer reserved table seating at this event. Guests will mingle as they wish. However there will be ample seating for those who would rather be seated.)
