Join us for a fabulous Caribbean-inspired culinary feast for the palate as we welcome Chef Nicola Blaque from San Antonio, Texas! Browse the mezzanine all evening for an incredible palette of creative arts silent auction items to take home with you!



Lattoia Massey, known professionally as Chef Nicola Blaque, is a restaurateur and chef based in San Antonio, Texas. Chef Blaque is the executive chef and owner of the Jerk Shack, a Jamaican-inspired restaurant in San Antonio and Mi Roti, a Caribbean concept at the Pearl district in San Antonio.

Chef Blaque is an Army Veteran, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio, a private chef for members of the San Antonio Spurs and other NBA teams, a wife, and a mom. Having been born and raised in Jamaica until she was five years old, Chef Blaque brings her passion for introducing people to the flavors of the Caribbean to San Angelo, infusing those flavors into exquisite & adventurous cuisine. Most recently Chef Nicola has been nominated by the James Beard foundation for Best Chef Texas category in 2023! 


The WINE ~

Selections of wines paired by our outstanding wine team will complement Chef Nicola’s menu throughout the evening. As always, a full cash bar is also available for those who prefer other libations!


The ART ~

A silent auction throughout the evening will benefit both local artists and artisans and will supplement the SACAC grant programs for local visual and performing arts activities.



Only 18 tables will be sold for this 31st year’s celebration event.

Tables for 8 are $1,400 and are available for purchase now to SACAC Members or Sponsors. To purchase a table, click the “DONATE” button, click to make the $,1400 payment, and add your table information in the ‘special instructions’ area.

Individual tickets at $175 per person as well as tables for 8 will be available for purchase to everyone after January 1, 2024.
